Hey guys, I found a 2019 Ford Mustang GT for a really tempting price in Dubai Marina. The seller says it's an American import with a clean title and only 40k miles. The price is about 25 percent cheaper than similar GCC spec cars. I've heard horror stories about imported cars that turned out to be flood damaged or rebuilt from accidents. The seller sent me a Carfax but I know those aren't always accurate for cars that were fixed outside the US. I really like the car but I'm nervous about hidden damage. I think I need to pay for a thorough inspection from someone who knows what to look for on imports, like checking for mismatched paint, flood residue, and frame straightness. I found a company offering Reliable Car Assessment Dubai Marina and they said they can also check if the airbags have been deployed or replaced. Has anyone here bought an American import and had a good experience, or is it always a risk? Also wondering if resale value will be terrible later on. The car looks stunning but I don't wanna buy someone else's problem. Any advice would be super helpful. Thanks.
