How often should I be flushing my brake fluid in this heat?

I've got a 2016 BMW M235i and I'm trying to stay on top of maintenance. I know brake fluid absorbs moisture over time, and here in the UAE heat and humidity, I'm guessing it degrades faster than in cooler climates. The car has 100k km and I'm not sure if the fluid has ever been changed. The pedal feels fine but I've read horror stories about brake failure from old fluid boiling. I found a shop that offers Experienced Maintenance Solutions and they said they can test the fluid moisture content. Is there a rule of thumb for how often to change brake fluid here? Every two years? Every 30k km? Also wondering if the type of fluid matters, DOT 4 vs DOT 5.1. I track the car occasionally so I want good performance but I don't wanna go overboard. Any advice from people who've owned performance BMWs in the UAE would be great. Thanks.
